Researchers from Linnaeus University, the lead of the consortium of the TRUE EUROPE project will present preliminary results from the interviews about the role of trust between employee and employer representatives in collective bargaining.
Using a comparative approach, the project aims to identify and link the determinants of trust with the functioning and outcomes of collective bargaining. Specifically, it explores the foundations, forms, and effects of trust through social dialogue research in various industries.
The TRUE EUROPE project addresses challenges related to digitization, skills acquisition, and security within the industrial, banking and finance, and transport sectors across eight European countries.
It is facilitated by the collaborative efforts of Linnaeus University in Sweden, Central European Labour Studies Institute (CELSI) in Slovakia, Dublin City University, Lietuvos socialinių mokslų centras, The Bucharest University of Economic Studies and Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Belgrade.
The conference of European Sociological Association promises that the 16th ESA conference will be a platform “to address tensions and trust, and to explore alternatives for social transformation.”
We look forward to gaining inspiring insights into the preliminary results from our research project!
